1. Key Points
The following key points of the Terms are highlighted here for your convenience only. These key points are not made in lieu of the full Terms and their presence in this section does not mean that they are intended to supersede or override any other terms or conditions provided by SafeRide.
Road information prevails. The information provided by the Service is not intended to replace the information provided on the road, such as travel direction, time based restrictions, lane restrictions, road blockades, traffic signs, traffic lights, police instructions, etc.
Cautious driving. Always drive vigilantly according to road conditions and in accordance with traffic laws. Interactions with the Service in a non-verbal manner shall be limited while driving. Non-verbal use of the Service is only appropriate after you have stopped your vehicle in an appropriate location permitted by law.
Advertisements. Third party advertisements may appear on the Service from time to time. SafeRide does not endorse these advertisements, and the advertisements are not intended to be, nor should they be, viewed by drivers unless and until their vehicle has come to a complete stop.
The Internet connection required to use the Service, and any associated charges (e.g. mobile data expenses) incurred by your use of the Service are your exclusive responsibility and made solely at your expense . Transmitting and receiving real-time updates to and from the Service, requires an online (e.g. Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G) connection between your cellular device and the Internet. The expenses of such connection are as prescribed by the agreement between you and your communication service provider (such as your cellular company), and according to its applicable terms of payment.
Your age. The Service is intended for use only by users who are of the legal age required to hold a driving license. In any case, accounts of users under the age of 13 years will be cancelled and deleted by SafeRide, upon receiving notice.
2. What is the Service
The Service allows (1) oversight over the use of motor vehicles and (2) the disabling of certain functionality of electronic devices, including cellular phones. Users that will be using oversight functionality with respect to the use of motor vehicles by others are designated as “Administrators.” Users that will operate motor vehicles, and that may be subject to oversight by Administrators and/or the disabling of electronic devices, are designated as “Drivers.”
If you are a Driver, you agree that we may share any and all information that we collect with respect to your use of the Service with the Administrator to which your account is linked. If you are a Driver, you further agree that we may access any electronic device that you designate to be used with the Service, for the purpose of disabling certain functionality of such electronic device during the operation of a motor vehicle.
3. The License

SafeRide hereby grants you a free of charge, non-exclusive, time-limited, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to use the Service (including the Software) for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, upon the appropriate payment therefor as may be published from time to time.
Service Fees. Certain elements of the Service may only be accessed and used upon payment therefor. Payment terms shall be according to the fees as may be published on our web site from time to time. These payment terms, including pricing, may be changed at any time in our sole discretion, for any reason or for no reason. Once the period of Service for which your service fees have paid has expired, your use of the Service may be subject to higher fees.
4. Using the Service
You may use the Service solely for private and personal purposes. You may not use the Service commercially. For example, you may not: (i) offer to third parties a service of your own that uses the Service; (ii) resell the Service; (iii) offer to rent or lease the Service; or (iv) offer the Service to the public via communication or integrate it within a service of your own, without the prior written consent of SafeRide. For clarity, the examples listed are made for illustrative purposes only; they do not constitute an exhaustive list of restricted activities involving the Service.
You may not copy, print, save or otherwise use data from the Site or the Service's database. This clause does not limit the use of the database as intended by the Software and for the purposes of private and personal use of the Service.
When using the Service or the Site you may not engage in scraping, data mining, harvesting, screen scraping, data aggregating, and indexing. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site or the Service’s database for any purpose without the express prior written permission of SafeRide.

To create an Account, you must be of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are not of legal age to form a binding contract, you may not register to use our Services.
When you register, you must choose a user name and a password. If you wish, you may create an Account as an Administrator. If you wish to provide other users with the ability to create accounts as Drivers that are linked to your Account, you may do so only through the invitation functionality that we provide. You may not create an account as a Driver without an invitation from an Administrator. If you receive such an invitation, by creating an account as a Driver pursuant to such invitation you agree that we may share any information that we collect with respect to the Service, including your location, driving history, personal information, and any other information that you provide to us or that the Service may collect with the Administrator that sent such invitation or their designees.
You will be solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. You must notify us immediately if you know or suspect that any unauthorized person is using your password or your Account.
You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account. You may not transfer your account to anyone. If you select a user name for your account we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a user name that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
You agree that the information that you provide to us at all times is true, accurate, current, and complete. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment information, and account numbers.
